New Returns Policy
No time limit on returns! No time limit on returns! Excludes costumes, discounted items and closeouts. We do not accept return items that have been worn, are not in their original packaging, have writing on the item or packaging, or have been discontinued. Please indicate on your return if you wish to be refunded to your credit card or by check. Otherwise, your customer account will be credited for future purchases with Liberts (We no longer charge a 10% restock fee). All non-returnable items will be shipped back to you with a $5 shipping fee.
Please allow 4 weeks for processing.
Exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn or damaged. Costumes may be exchanged for size. Please include a payment for normal shipping charges and any price differences on your exchanged items.
